Panie Prezydencie, Panie Przewodniczący, Wysoka Izbo! 

Przedstawiam wstępny projekt ustawy o Republice Ruby.

Ustawa o Republice Ruby
z dnia .. 2021

Art. 1. Republika Ruby jest jednostką administracyjną i terytorium zamorskim Zjednoczonego Państwa Voxlandu i Westlandu.
Art. 2. Głową terytorium jest prezydent ZPViW, przyjmuje on tytuł Prezydenta i Naczelnego Wodza Republiki Ruby.
Art. 3. Armia Republiki Ruby jest formacją zbrojną podległą pod Federalne Siły Zbrojne.
Art. 4. Stolicą Republiki Ruby jest Miasto Stołeczne Rawana.
Art. 5. Republika Ruby dzieli się na trzy dystrykty, są to: Rawana, Raba, Berraum. 
Art. 6. Flaga Republiki Ruby znajduje się w załączniku pierwszym.
Art. 7. Ustawa wchodzi w życie z dniem opublikowania.
