W dniu 13 Silnuai 1705 Anno Norton do należącego do Cesarstwa Insulii Księstwa Aleksandrowa znajdującego się na odległej Micrze trafiła pierwsza grupa banitów kolonistów licząca sobie 10 osób. Trafili oni do do Aleksandrowa - stolicy Księstwa. Tam za zgodą Jego Cesarskiej Mości pokojowo przejęli władzę nad obszarem.
Dokonała się wówczas elekcja. Po kilku godzinach ciężkich debat w końcu 18 Silnuaia 1705 Anno Norton, ostatni dzień trzeciego tygodnia Silnuaia, obrano na nowego Księcia niejakiego Stefana Kragulę. Nowy władca jako swoje imię książęce przyjął nazwę legendarnego Niebiańskiego Smoka Rayquazy, stając się znanym jako Książę Rayquaza z dynastii Kragulów, Książę i Pan Aleksandrowa. Nowy Książę przyjął także nowy herb:

Książę Rayquaza od razu zapewnił o swojej wierności Cesarzowi. Następnie wprowadził się do Pałacu Książęcego i rozpoczął pracę nad Konstytucją dla Księstwa.
On 13 Silnuai 1705 Anno Norton, the first group of outlaws 10 colonists, belonging to the Insulian Empire in the Duchy of Alexandrov, located in the distant Micra, arrived. Then the election took place. After several hours of heavy debates, at the end of 18 Silnuaia 1705 Anno Norton, the last day of Silnuai's third week, a certain Stefan Kragula was chosen as the new Prince. The new ruler took the name of the legendary Heavenly Dragon Rayquaza as his princely name, becoming known as Prince Rayquaza of the Kragul dynasty, Prince and Lord of Alexandrov. The new prince also adopted a new coat of arms:
Prince Rayquaza immediately reassured his allegiance to the Emperor. Then he moved to the Prince's Palace and began working on the Constitution for the Principality.
