Uchwalona w pierwszym roku panowania Księcia Rayquazy
W dniu 6 Gevraquun 1705 Anno Norton

1. Ustanawia się Aleksandrowskie Towarzystwo Geograficzne z siedzibą w Aleksandrowie. 
2. Celem Aleksandrowskiego Towarzystwa Geograficznego jest badanie geografii Księstwa Aleksandrowa oraz ustalanie oficjalnych nazw obiektów geograficznych w Ksiestwie.
3. Na czele Aleksandrowskiego Towarzystwa Geograficznego stoi Prezes.
4. Pierwszym Prezesem zostaje Hilary Janicki.
5. Ustawa wchodzi w życie z chwilą ogłoszenia.

2. The aim of the Alexandrov Geographical Society is to study the geography of the Principality of Alexandrov and to establish official names of geographical objects in the Principality.
3. The head of the Alexandrov Geographical Society is the President.
4. Hilary Janicki becomes the first president.
5. The Act comes into force upon its proclamation.
